Designing and implementing of control systems and automation have their applications in most equipment and processing lines of various branches of industry, and by assuring at the same time highly skilled staff, proves to be the main goal of existence and operating of the Company, as an organization able to meet the current market requirements and growing expectations of its clients.

ATEMPOL in its offer which covers designing, programming, start-up, service, technological consulting, sale and licensed training within the scope of programming of Siemens Simatic programmable logic controllers, and through quick mastering of every new technology related to production processes automation, strengthens and develops its position as the leading provider of this type of services, giving satisfaction to the customers, confidence to the suppliers and joy to the employees.

Pursuant to the scope of carried out activities, the Company management assures appropriate infrastructure and work environment, as well as equipment and other supporting services necessary to provide the product in accordance with client expectations and social requirements.

In order to reach the goal of efficient and effective execution of services, there have been established within the Company some processes, where appropriate staff has been delegated, as well as there have been set quality goals, which undergo monitoring, assessment and periodical verification.

One of the criteria of assessment of employees commitment in the processes execution is the analysis of the degree of realization of the set goals, and that is why the Board of Directors provides the employed personnel with qualifications improvement and perfection of acquired professional knowledge, among others, within the frames of regular trainings.

The specific offer of ATEMPOL results in the fact, that in order to assure high quality of rendered services and delivered products, there is maintained and developed partner cooperation with suppliers whose products give the Company competitive edge on the market.

The supervision of quality at each phase of an executed service has become this managing segment, which guarantees that individual operations can be assessed, documented and verified. The fundaments of this way of operating constitute of the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000 standard, which refer to the quality management system, in accordance with which the Board of Directors - as the priority of its strategic activities - approves the execution of the following goals:

• rendering of services and providing products based on the most modern technologies and control systems
• sale of products of the highest quality (subassemblies, components) of the selected manufactures,
• constant perfection of knowledge and skills of the personnel involved in designing, programming and servicing of equipment and processing lines
• developing and improving of processes in order to assure high (competitiveness) quality of the offered services

The guarantee of achieving these goals is the effective managing of Company assets, investing in infrastructure, particularly equipment and computer software, as well as employees training.

(LLC) I hereby declare that the quality policy presented in this document, which defines the frames of Company functioning, is the appropriate one for the goal of organization existence, it has been announced to the personnel, it has been acknowledged, approved and realized by each employee, and it is being monitored and updated for the requirements of the system which is constantly being improved.
