Difficult task: prototype process installations !
Difficult project because of the requirements: the blanks are heated up to 950°C in the furnace. The furnace is completely gas heated with recuperative burners and ceramic radiant tubes. Uncoated blanks require an atmosphere of Nitrogen (97%) and Methan (3%). Coated blanks (AlSi coating) require an atmosphere of dry air with a dew point < -10°C. All controlled by Simotion
