We kindly inform you that on July 2, 2021, the District Court in Gliwice registered the change of the name of our Company from the current (expanded):
ZAKŁAD PROJEKTOWANIA I PROGRAMOWANIA SYSTEMÓW STEROWANIA ATEMPOL SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ
to a new (simplified) one:
ATEMPOL SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ
At the same time we would like to point out that only the name (business name) of the company has changed, while all other data, including NIP, KRS, bank account number, telephone numbers, headquarters address, as well as e-mail and website addresses remain unchanged.
The change of the Company’s name (business name) made by us serves only a purpose of simplification, not affecting in any way the relations with customers and contractors. According to the law, a change of the company’s name (business name) does not result in a change of the entity, which continues to be a party to the concluded contracts, and does not cause any modifications in the scope of the obligations incurred by the company or the rights acquired. The agreements we have entered into remain in effect without the need to annex or “renew” them.
Please include the above change in all new documents issued to ATEMPOL SP. Z O.O. beginning July 2, 2021.
