It’s another contract for robotized stations!
The goal of this project is the commissioning of an assembly line in the Brose factory in Ostrava. The produced detail is a machinery for setting the seat back (Seat recliner) destined for car brands like Audi, BMW or Volvo.
The line contains 13 stations, on which following processes take place: assembling, laser welding thanks to the Trumpf system, detail transporting carried out by Adept robots and the quality check performed by the WeldWatcher Systems.
